Zeke is a reserved and private person. He is not very outspoken most of the time and prefers to hangout in quite out of the way places.
He is a very emotional and introspective person. Growing up he acted upon his emotions quickly which got him into trouble. Now he works to hide the fact that he struggles with maintaining a ‘lid’ on his more intense emotions and most of the time manages to bottle it up long enough for him to get away and ‘deal’ in private.
His prayer life and journaling are his best outlet, combined with his art he is able to express; both good and bad emotions in a healthy way, most of the time. Zeke has never desired to travel, see the world to find adventure. The adventures going on inside his mind as a kid and into adolescents were more than enough. That and he always had his neighbor/best friend; Star (Esther) to go on these adventures with him.
Growing up they had always been together, through thick and thin. However as thin and thinner came, their relationship seemed to get stretched. Zeke, only had one fear. Losing his Star, so he began to make choices to be there for her as much as possible. Despite losing his mother, he pushed down many things to deal with ‘later’, Prioritizing the one good thing, or more accurately person, in his life.
